Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT, AI solutions, or SI project management.
• Experience with large-scale government or multinational deployments preferred.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Familiarity with AI solutions (CV, LLM/Generative AI) and cloud architecture basics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop risk mitigation plans, monitor progress, and manage incidents with standardized escalation workflows.
• Draft and maintain high-quality deliverables and optimize delivery processes within the Technical Service Center.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. 1、End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of local AI deployment projects in Hong Kong (covering smart city initiatives, government bodies, large enterprises, and universities), ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. 2、Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary technical service interface for clients and ecosystem partners (e.g., government departments, enterprise clients), managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction.
3. 3、Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate internal R&D, product, deployment, and third-party vendor teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
4. 4、Risk & Quality Control: Formulate project risk mitigation plans, monitor implementation progress and delivery quality, handle critical technical incidents, and establish standardized escalation and reporting workflows.
5. 5、Process Optimization & Documentation: Draft and maintain high-quality project deliverables (including Proposals, SOWs, Progress Reports, Acceptance Test Plans, etc.) and continuously optimize standardized delivery processes for the Technical Service Center.Qualifications &

2. 2、Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, AI solutions, or System Integration (SI) project management.
3. 3、Proven experience with large-scale government projects or multinational corporate deployments is highly preferred.
4. 4、Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI solutions (such as Computer Vision, Large Language Models/Generative AI, and Edge Computing) and a solid baseline understanding of cloud architecture and hardware-software integration.
5. 5、Soft Skills & Languages: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, stress tolerance, and problem-solving skills.
6. 6、Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (required for client engagement and writing formal technical reports).
