Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager (AI, Cloud infra) to lead design, implementation and ongoing support of AI Workspace. You will monitor contractors, coordinate with users and stakeholders, and ensure successful rollout including security reviews and testing.

The role requires 8–10 years IT experience at manager level, strong cloud and AI expertise, and fluent English and Cantonese/M Mandarin communication. This position is full-time and based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects.
• Minimum 8–10 years IT experience with manager-grade responsibilities.
• Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation, or tech consulting; at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience implementing and managing apps on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of mainstream AI tech, LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering.
• Hands-on IT systems or digital tool deployment experience.
• Experience with government IT projects deployment preferred.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI workspaces preferred.
• Proactive, quick learner with keen interest in AI tech.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Manage and oversee the design, implementation and support of AI Workspace

Monitor contractors' work and implementation schedule related to AI Workspace, including system design, system implementation, client deployment, usage scenario development, training and rollout to B/Ds

Coordinate with users, contractors, project stakeholders and other related parties on the implementation of AI Workspace

Coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises

Coordinate with B/Ds on their AI Workspace rollout and assist B/Ds in their preparation work

Facilitate and support B/D users in conducting testing and using AI Workspace

Review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects
• At least 8-10 years experience in IT industry with experience in Manager grade
• Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation, technical consulting or system administration, of which at least two years must be in a similar post or comparable capacity
• Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure
• Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools
• Experience in managing the integration and deployment of government IT projects and systems is preferred
• Experience in implementing and deploying enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces is preferred
• Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies
• Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short timeframe
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
