Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects in the banking and finance sector in Hong Kong. Qualifications

• Experience in banking systems or payment flows is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project life cycle from initiation to solution delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary bridge between business users and the technical development team.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure solution delivery aligns with 24/7 operational requirements and security standards.
• Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and final solution handover.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to compliance and audit standards.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in bank /Finance.
• Proven in Java development, DevOps, and cloud VM deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in cloud environments and AI knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in banking systems or payment flows is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
