Job summary

Creation Chance Limited is seeking a proactive Business Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You will translate research into practical plans with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

You will monitor progress, budgets and risks, prepare concise updates for Senior Management, and foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A degree in business and 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Job description

Prepare concise updates outlining progress, risks and decisions required by Senior Management.

Cross-functional Communication

Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments and levels.

Communicate project priorities clearly, gather feedback and follow up constructively.

Facilitate meetings and ensure decisions translate into clear actions and accountable owners.

Coordinate with external partners, suppliers and service providers on project requirements and deliverables.

Business Analysis and Research

Consolidate and analyses sales, operational and project data to identify trends and support recommendations.

Conduct market, competitor and product research to assess new business opportunities.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, cost comparisons and performance reports.

Track project outcomes against agreed objectives and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Degree holder in business or a related discipline is preferred.

3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, business development or a similar role.

Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, retail or health supplements would be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and business data.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and independently drive projects forward.

Strong interpersonal skills, with an approachable, tactful and collaborative working style.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

A practical, resourceful approach to solving problems and adapting to changing priorities.
