Job summary

ConnectedSolutions in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Project Manager (1-Year Rolling Contract) to drive a multi-year digital transformation focusing on customer-facing platforms and China digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers to define digital solutions for mobile and web, translate requirements into user stories and specs, and support end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, digital BA, or product-related roles.
• Experience in loyalty programmes, mini-apps, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience on frontend/web or mobile application projects.
• Hands-on collaboration with UX/UI designers using design thinking methodologies.
• Exposure to China digital ecosystem or cross-border customer platforms.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (preferred).

Collaborating with a Leading Financial Services Organization, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (1-Year Contract, Rolling) to support a Multi-Year Digital Transformation Programme, focusing on customer-facing platforms and China Digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers to define and deliver digital solutions (mobile).
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle, from design thinking workshops to implementation.
• Drive user journey mapping and frontend/mobile enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business, design, and technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, digital BA, or product-related roles.
