Job summary

cccdi ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a client servicing and project management professional to build relationships with key clients, understand goals, and manage expectations across digital projects (web/mobile/app/backend).

You will coordinate with project teams, prepare proposals and budgets, and ensure timely delivery. Senior applicants may lead a small team and drive end-to-end delivery; strong English, Mandarin and Cantonese are essential.

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in account servicing or project management within visual communication / digital advertising.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Prepare correspondences and documents, proposals, budget estimation, pitches and presentation;

Establishing & maintain excellent relationships with existing & potential key accounts;

Work closely with project development teams to control project flow and deliver a high quality of digital works (web app / mobile app / onsite interactive app / back-end system) to clients;

For senior position, day to day leadership, and delivery responsibility; Front-end and back-end technology work stream of development and problem solving;

Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and fully accountable for projects of varying scales.

Qualifications

PMP certified is preferred;

Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance and streamline the design and development process;

Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Xmind) and process modeling tools.

For senior position: Experience in leading a small team; Strong leadership & communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and eager to support team, keep team motivated and meet deadlines;

Degree holder; Fresh graduate / 1-3 years / 3-5 years working experiences in account servicing or project management in the field of visual communication / multimedia design / digital advertising development; For senior position, at least 3-5 years solid experiences in account servicing or project management in the field of digital / IT industry and proven record of successful completion of medium to large scale projects;

Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese;

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;

Strong sense at the latest digital media practices and trends.
