ConnectedSolutions, in partnership with an international bank, seeks a Transformation Consultant on a 1-year contract to lead digital, data and AI transformation initiatives. You will drive discovery, map processes, and design customer journeys across business, technology and UX/UI teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strong English and Chinese communication, and hands-on experience in consulting environments with exposure to data, analytics and automation.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years in business analysis, product ownership, PM, or transformation consulting in financial services.
• Experience in consulting/consultancy environments is required.
• Strong process mapping, optimization, and service design experience; data/AI/automation exposure is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; fluency in English and Chinese.

Partnering with an International Bank, we are looking for a Transformation Consultant (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) with a consulting background to deliver digital, data, and AI-related transformation projects.

You will work across business, technology, and UX/UI teams, and will lead discovery activities, improve customer journeys and processes, and help drive initiatives from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map and improve customer journeys, business processes, and service experiences.
• Work closely with UX/UI, Business, AI and Technology teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Support digital, data, AI, and automation initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders and help drive projects from discovery through to delivery

Requirements

• Around 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Transformation Consultant, ideally in Financial Services or Banking Industry
• Must have experience working in a consulting/consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in process mapping, process optimization, and service design.
• Exposure to data, analytics, AI, or automation projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication in English, with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English and Chinese
