TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Portfolio / Program Manager to support senior technology leaders in managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Cards, Lending, and Fraud.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and executive-level communications, with hybrid work in Hong Kong. You will translate complex updates for C-suite audiences and partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• Strong banking / financial services background.
• Proven experience engaging senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent portfolio reporting, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
