Job summary

Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong invites a Senior Programme Manager to lead Commercial Banking projects, shape governance and drive change adoption across value streams.

You will lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, collaborating with stakeholders across Hang Seng and HSBC to deliver aligned outcomes, improve processes, and establish KPIs and OKRs that measure success and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in financial institutions.
• Solid background in process re-engineering methodologies and tooling.
• Ability to overcome challenges and deliver in an agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong ownership and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as Programme Lead for Commercial Banking projects in Hong Kong.
• Lead a team of Project Managers / Business Analysts across sub Value Streams.
• Collaborate with Hang Seng and HSBC stakeholders to ensure governance and change adoption.
• Identify opportunities to reuse capabilities and optimize costs, speed, and control.
• Evaluate processes end-to-end to drive simplification and productivity.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure initiative success and accountability.
