Job summary

Local Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Change Delivery Manager to lead projects across Securities, Settlement, Commercial Banking, AML, Credit Card and digital banking platforms.

The role calls for 10+ years in banking or consulting, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and solid SDLC experience in a banking environment; fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 10 years in banking or consulting.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory level.
• Strong PM, people mgmt, influencing and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling system development lifecycle in banking.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

About the job Senior Change Delivery Manager

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects related to Securities, Settlement, Commercial Banking, AML, Credit Card, e-Banking & Mobile Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive and partner with the business lines to roll out different projects to cope with business needs


• Resolve project issues, and timely elevate to supervisors and/or relevant stakeholders for effective issue resolution


• Manage stakeholders, IT counterparts, vendors / consultants to ensure proper communication took place and their respective output quality


• Support and provide advice in feasibility study / solution sourcing, and manage large or complex projects


• Advise and review user requirements to ensure it is aligned with the original objective


• Keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, requirements and protocols, and relevant technology and solutions in best effort


• Ensure transparency and report progress of projects the Department Head and relevant stakeholders


• Promote project management excellence and practice through leading by example


• Support Department Head / Division Head in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry / consulting firms, including 3 years at supervisory level


• Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills


• Solid experience in handling system development life cycle


• Good knowledge in Fintech, Loan and Deposit products/ systems under banking environment


• Proven experience in supporting the implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant domains


• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills


• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Team Head position
