You will design workflows and drive re-engineering to achieve strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in banking, strong stakeholder management up to C-level, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Commercial Banking initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Design process workflows and drive re-engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, operations, legal and compliance.
• Conduct change impact and adoption assessments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Support project prioritisation and resource optimisation.
• Keep abreast of banking technology and best practices.
