Job summary

Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) is seeking a capable logistics and procurement operations assistant to support daily workflows in Hong Kong. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in logistics, knowledge of MS D365 ERP and Tradelink declarations, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of logistics and shipping operations experience.
• Good knowledge of MS D365 ERP and Tradelink declaration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities for projects and operations.
• Plan local and overseas deliveries with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Manage full set of shipping documents and filing.
• Support procurement activities including vendor onboarding and RFQ processes.
• Assist in process improvement for logistics and procurement workflows.
