Job summary

Jibpool International Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to support shipping and logistics processes. You will handle sales and purchase orders, documents, and coordination with suppliers and forwarders to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Form Five standard or above.
• Over 3 years shipping & logistic experience.
• Able to handle full set of import / export documents and banking documents.
• Familiar with ERP and Trade link declaration.

Responsibilities

• Handle & follow up on sales and purchase orders.
• Prepare related documents, such as SO/PO/Invoice.
• Communicate with suppliers and forwarders regards to the shipment schedule and documents.
• Handle import and export declaration.
• Manager goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue.
