Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in matters related to the application, renewal, maintenance, and compliance of various statutory licences and registrations (e.g. BD, FSD, EMSD, CIC, and DEVB).
• Assist in license inventory management and monitor the validity and status of licenses.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties, including government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Perform document control, record management, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in administration / related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in administrative works
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, licensing procedures, and industry practices in the construction sector is preferred.
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word, powerpoint), bilingual typing.
