Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong is seeking a capable, self-motivated business transformation professional to support the development of digital experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and higher lifetime value for customers.

You will collaborate with design, data analytics, and tech teams to translate business objectives into concrete solutions, lead end-to-end delivery, and ensure governance, risk controls, and regulatory licensing where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/ Computer Science; postgraduate degree is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in Insurance, healthcare and financial industries
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale delivery projects
• Strong analytical and programming skills (Python/Java/SAS) and data analytics
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into concrete digital solutions aligned with platform strategy
• Lead end-to-end delivery of applications/digital platforms including UAT and production release
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements, prioritization and governance
• Ensure governance, risk controls and licensing compliance across initiatives
