Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned business transformation professional to support the wellness program, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and collaborate with the agency team to drive sales of relevant insurance products. You translate business objectives into practical roadmaps and execution plans, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 12 years of experience in insurance, healthcare or financial services with exposure to business development, digital engagement, platform marketing or large-scale change.
• Experience building relationships with agency/distribution stakeholders; agency engagement and sales support experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic analysis, transformation and cross‑functional project management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation development skills and ability to communicate complex propositions clearly; fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellness program management and agency engagement across platforms and channels.
• Translate business objectives into practical roadmaps, execution plans and KPIs.
• Lead business development, marketing communications, content, engagement and activation initiatives.
• Develop agency-facing messages, talking points, FAQs, sales kits and educational materials.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and governance, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
