AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Technical Leader to own the technical architecture for customer platforms, driving design and governance across delivery teams, vendors and in-house resources.

You will lead platform engineering, champion cloud and AI integration, and ensure scalable, secure solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

This role requires 15+ years of leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in enterprise-scale environments.

Formación

• 15+ years in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Enterprise-scale systems experience in complex environments.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of AI is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, APIs, microservices.
• Able to communicate complex tech to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; related certifications are a plus.
