Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the architecture and roadmap of our cloud platform. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters across environments, with IaC via Terraform and GitOps via ArgoCD.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams to improve automation, security, and cost efficiency, while guiding incident response and governance for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/Platform engineering, incl. 5+ years Kubernetes.
• Deep AWS experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC.
• Hands-on with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
• Terraform IaC and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Strong English communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and roadmap of cloud platform.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
• Use ArgoCD for GitOps and automated deployments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle networking, DNS, VPCs, and security.
• Monitor readiness with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Ensure AI infrastructure and governance.
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting.
