Qualifications

• Experience resolving incidents and handling service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and customer escalations remotely or on-site as part of a 24/7 shift.
• Implement automation for routine tasks and service requests.
• Patch and update Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters in production environments.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to Change Management and project work across platforms.
• Improve documentation, processes and reporting for better operations.
