Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate scalable, secure platforms across cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises environments. You will help accelerate software delivery with standardized, self-service platform offerings and governance.

The role covers platform architecture, Kubernetes ecosystem management, IaC automation, and continuous improvement of deployment, monitoring, and security practices in collaboration

Qualifications

Hands-on experience designing, automating, and operating Kubernetes-based platforms.
Expertise in cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on‑prem environments.
Proven ability to build internal developer platforms and CI/CD tooling.
Strong automation, IaC, and platform security know-how.

Responsibilities

Deploy, build and operate scalable platforms across cloud-native, hybrid-cloud and on‑prem environments.
Develop internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities.
Maintain platform architecture standards and best practices.
Operate Kubernetes platforms with Helm deployments and automation.
Implement security, governance and compliance controls for platforms.
Manage event-driven messaging platforms and platform monitoring.
