Job summary

WeLab Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Performance Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition across Deposit, Payment, FX, and Wealth products. You will optimize campaigns, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations to fuel growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in performance/digital marketing, hands-on SEM and Google/Facebook Ads experience, and strong analytics. Cantonese and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing or digital acquisition; seniors may be considered.
• Hands-on SEM management and performance-driven campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, PMax, Facebook Ads, analytics & tracking tools.
• Experience with media agencies, aggregators and external partners.
• Banking/fintech experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytics, project and stakeholder management; multi-campaign handling.
• Excellent communication and copywriting; translate propositions into messaging.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across Deposit, FX, Global Wallet, Payment, and Wealth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, provide reporting and recommendations.
• Support media planning, budget allocation, and forecasting to hit targets.
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and review marketing content, creative assets, and ad copies.
• Manage relationships with agencies, aggregators, and media partners.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, rewards fulfilment, and reporting.
• Drive testing and optimization to improve conversion, CPA, ROI.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and stakeholder communications to grow product portfolio.
