Job summary

WeLab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the growth agenda for WeLab Bank. You will partner with senior leadership to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, oversee governance, and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs across product, technology, operations, risk, and finance management.

We expect 10+ years in FinTech or banking, PMP certification, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project management experience in FinTech, banking or insurance.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and senior leadership to drive WeLab Bank's growth agenda.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and finance.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities and new product initiatives.
