ESF is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the organization in Hong Kong. You will supervise the payroll team, ensure timely and accurate processing, and maintain compliance with HK laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related.
• 8–10 years payroll operational experience with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on PeopleSoft Payroll experience and strong Excel skills.
• Deep knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and MPF/ORSO legislation.

• Payroll Review & Approval: end-to-end verification of payroll runs for the company.
• Statutory Compliance & Reporting: ensure compliance with HK payroll laws and regulations.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, auditor communications.
