Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Pastry Leader to oversee all pastry production for the hotel’s food and beverage operations. You will ensure mise-en-place and finished products meet standards and are delivered where needed.

You will drive R&D with innovative pastry concepts, seasonal offerings, and new product launches while upholding hygiene standards and brand guidelines. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in pastry operations.
• Proven ability to develop menus, review quality, and innovate seasonal products.
• Strong knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Overses production management of all pastry goods for the hotel’s F&B operation.
• Ensures mise-en-place and finished products meet standards and are delivered to areas.
• Maintains brand standards and implements F&B fundamentals.
• Responds to consumer audit results and implements changes.
• Drives R&D by creating innovative pastry concepts and seasonal launches.
