Qualifications

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
• 6-8 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
• Elementary level of English is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the production and daily operation of the Pastry section.
• Be creative and innovative; design new themes and recipes for the restaurant.
• Ensure high standard and quality of the food production; prepare special dishes as per guest requests.
• Supervise and provide training to subordinates.
• Strictly comply with HACCP standards; upkeep hygiene and sanitation of kitchen and staff.
• Raise own food requisition; control food cost and wastage.
