Job summary

Design Trust, an initiative of the Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design, seeks a dynamic Graphic Designer & Project Coordinator to contribute to graphic/communication design and hands-on project coordination across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will work with the Programmes team to develop publicity content, assist with events, and research/archive design processes.

A degree in design, 1–2 years' experience, proficiency in Adobe CC and MS Office, and fluency in English, Cantonese and

University degree in Graphic/Communication Design or related discipline.
1–2 years of professional experience in communication design; fresh graduates encouraged.
Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office; openness to AI tools.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Graphic & Communication Design: research, design, and produce publicity content, publications, exhibition collateral, social media assets, and digital marketing materials; support marketing/PR across Design Trust's website and social platforms.
Project & Event Coordination: coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless development and production of design proposals and physical deliverables.
Research & Archiving: participate in early-stage concept research for design and cultural projects; prepare decks, proposals, and reports, and archive design processes.
