Job summary

Tokalent in Hong Kong seeks an experienced OTC Sales professional to grow an institutional and derivatives client book within a crypto trading environment. You will leverage relationships with funds, HNWIs, and family offices to execute trades and expand revenue.

Role requires 7+ years in OTC or institutional sales, strong crypto/derivatives knowledge, and a commercial mindset. You will collaborate with trading, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client service.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field from a top-tier university.
7+ years of experience in OTC sales, institutional sales, trading, or brokerage in crypto/derivatives.
Exposure to options and derivatives products; crypto preferred.

Responsibilities

Grow a portfolio of institutional clients (funds, HNWIs, family offices, crypto natives).
Bring existing portable books of institutional clients where possible.
Execute OTC trades across spot and derivatives; expand options flow responsibilities.
Support distribution of vanilla options and hedging solutions with trading/structuring teams.
Provide clients with market color, volatility insights, and execution support.
Assist in originating new business and increasing trading volumes and revenue.
Work with trading, risk, compliance, and operations for smooth execution.
Support onboarding and ongoing account management per KYC/AML requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and client activity reporting.
Participate in events and client meetings as part of business development.
