CTFEG in Hong Kong seeks an Operations Officer to ensure smooth campus operations across our K-12 network. You will coordinate procurement, vendor management, timetabling, and event logistics to support students, teachers and staff.
You will manage inventory, service contracts, and data reports, aligning with policies and timelines, while collaborating with campus teams and external partners to drive safe and efficient learning environments.
Be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all VEO campuses and playparks by managing various administrative and logistical tasks in order to create a safe, clean, and efficient learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.
Assist with central procurement, including ordering office supplies, school uniforms and staff uniforms, seasonal gifts, stationery, printing of various handbooks, and student/staff cards, ensuring proper procedures are followed in accordance with purchasing policies, guidelines, and campus needs.
Support the sourcing of various items and the development of a vendor/supplier list.
Manage and generate timetables for extracurricular activities and programs across the school campus; liaise with service vendors for class arrangements and prepare related service agreements.
Compile statistics and data reports on a timely basis.
Handle venue bookings for organization-wide events, including the graduation ceremony, sports day, staff annual dinner, and other ad hoc events, ensuring alignment with designated timelines.
Assist with the renewal of school bus and other service contracts.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain updated inventory records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field
Relevant work experience in education environments is highly preferred.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in school operations, administration, or procurement sectors
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of “Operations Officer”
