Job summary

CTFEG in Hong Kong seeks an Operations Officer to ensure smooth campus operations across our K-12 network. You will coordinate procurement, vendor management, timetabling, and event logistics to support students, teachers and staff.

You will manage inventory, service contracts, and data reports, aligning with policies and timelines, while collaborating with campus teams and external partners to drive safe and efficient learning environments.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or related field.
• Experience in education environments is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in school operations, administration, or procurement sectors.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Operations Officer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, staff, and service providers.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with central procurement of office supplies, school uniforms, staff uniforms, seasonal gifts, stationery, printing of handbooks, and student/staff cards.
• Support the sourcing of items and the development of a vendor/supplier list.
• Manage and generate timetables for extracurricular activities and programs; liaise with service vendors and prepare service agreements.
• Compile statistics and data reports on a timely basis.
• Handle venue bookings for events (graduation, sports day, staff dinner) and renew contracts.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain updated inventory records.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
