Success Elegant Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the company’s overall business operations and ensure execution of strategic plans. The role requires coordinating resources, refining processes, and driving cost efficiency across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in operations, finance, and supply chain with proven leadership and Mandarin proficiency. Frequent travel between the PRC and Hong Kong is expected.

Success Elegant Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&N Holdings Limited (HKEX.8430), a Hong Kong listed company with a wide range of businesses including transport and storage services to the logistics industry in Singapore and Hong Kong. The Senior Operations Manager will report to the Directors of the Company and be responsible for the company's overall business operations management and execution of business plans.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the company's overall business operations management and the execution of business plans. Coordinate operational resource allocation, business processes, and cross-departmental collaboration based on business performance to improve overall operational efficiency.

Establish and refine operational budgeting, cost control, and business analysis mechanisms. Continuously analyze revenue, costs, profit margins, and resource utilization across various business lines to provide a solid basis for management decision-making and business adjustments.

Conduct cost-benefit, resource allocation, and operational risk analyses for key business initiatives and projects, track project execution, and formulate improvement plans targeting cost and operational efficiency issues.

Oversee and coordinate relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Optimize supply chain resource allocation and partnership arrangements based on business needs to enhance execution efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Support the company's existing business optimization and new business development initiatives. Participate in designing and implementing relevant business models, operational workflows, budgets, and resource allocation plans, helping to build an operations management framework tailored to the company's diversified business growth.

Handle ad-hoc tasks when required

About you

Bachelor Degree Holder in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Solid working experience in the PRC

Native speaker of Mandarin

10 years or more of practical experience in corporate general operations, financial control, and supply chain management

At least 5 years or more in senior executive leadership roles

Proficient in overall business management, strategic plan execution, and business process optimization

Strong capabilities in team leadership and internal control system building

Experienced in corporate financial management, budget compilation, cost-benefit analysis, and investment/financing management

Excellent organizational, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills

Frequent travel between the PRC and Hong Kong
