Established Financial Services Platform in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Operations Executive to coordinate daily business operations. You will work closely with senior management ensuring smooth and efficient operations, tackle operational challenges, and improve internal processes.

Coordinate daily business operations across internal teams and external parties
Track cases, projects, approvals and follow-up items to ensure nothing is overlooked
Coordinate client documentation, operational requests and internal workflows
Monitor outstanding matters proactively and ensure every issue is brought to closure.
Prepare operational reports and management updates
Liaise with banks, insurers, professional firms, vendors and business partners
Support finance, HR, compliance and general business operations where required
Maintain organised documentation, trackers and operational records
Improve workflows, checklists and internal operating procedures
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements
Take ownership of operational projects from planning through completion
3–6 years' experience in business operations, operations support, office management, client administration or project coordination
Experience in financial services is preferred but candidates from professional services, corporate services or other structured business environments are also encouraged to apply
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently while keeping management informed
Practical, calm and solution-oriented
Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
