Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a logistics and supply chain professional to lead service levels and operational efficiency across the designated network in APAC. The role focuses on warehousing and transportation, inventory control, and cost-effective OTIF delivery with strong emphasis on data-driven improvements.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply, and Global Logistics to optimize processes, prepare dashboards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering productivity

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, OMS) and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills, able to work independently
• Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service level performance and operational efficiency for the designated network
• Ensure proper inventory procedures are being followed and prioritize orders to meet customer requirements
• Manage the Logistic Operation (warehousing and transportation) delivering Productivity Targets
• Ensure efficient scheduling and routing to achieve lowest total costs and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery
• Initiate and implement process improvements and system enhancements (SAP, TMS) to improve operational efficiency
• Develop, plan and execute new operational strategies across the Region
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses for key metrics including order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and order completion
• Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Supply, and Global Logistics staff on delivery of cost-effective customer service
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and trade compliance requirements
• Report directly to Senior Operations Manager, APAC

About the role

Lead customer service level performance and operational efficiency for the designated network. This role involves managing logistics operations including warehousing and transportation, ensuring proper inventory procedures, and delivering productivity targets within the market budget. You will be responsible for efficient scheduling and routing to and from plants and customers to achieve lowest total costs and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer service level performance and operational efficiency for the designated network

• Ensure proper inventory procedures are being followed and prioritize orders to meet customer requirements

About you

• 2-4 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other Business-related disciplines

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, OMS) and advanced Microsoft Applications, including Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member

• Able to handle massive data analysis

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Good communication skills, detail-minded and able to work independently

• Strong business acumen and problem solving skills

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation
