This role suits a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology and takes the initiative to propose and implement new ideas.
While the role primarily focuses on management, it also requires a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in sales and administrative work when business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage progress and delivery: Oversee sales, marketing and operational activities across the group, setting clear priorities, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Drive accountability: Monitor targets, project milestones and task completion; address delays and obstacles promptly to keep work on track.
- Coordinate across teams: Work closely with colleagues across different disciplines and functions to align efforts and ensure effective communication.
- *Support business growth:* Identify opportunities, propose new initiatives and take ownership of execution from planning through to completion.
- Improve processes through technology: Evaluate and introduce practical tools, automation and new ways of working to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Report to the Director: Provide clear, timely updates on performance, progress, risks and recommended actions.
- Provide hands-on support: Participate in sales activities, customer enquiries, follow-ups and administrative tasks as needed to support team delivery and business continuity.
- Maintain high standards: Ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across operations, records and customer service.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in management, business operations or cross-functional coordination; experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and close attention to detail.
- A proactive approach, with the initiative to identify what needs to be done and follow through with minimal supervision.
- An innovative mindset and confidence in learning and adopting new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and working styles.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to take ownership of both managerial responsibilities and hands‑on sales and administrative work.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
