The ideal candidate has extensive experience in operations, finance, and supply chain with proven leadership and Mandarin proficiency. Frequent travel between the PRC and Hong Kong is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall business operations management and execution of business plans.
• Coordinate operational resource allocation, processes, and cross-department collaboration to boost efficiency.
• Establish budgeting, cost control, and business analysis mechanisms with solid decision support.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profit margins, and resource use to guide management decisions.
• Oversee relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners; optimize supply chain and cost-effectiveness.
• Support business optimization and new development initiatives including operating models and budgets.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
