H. J. Assets Management Company in Sheung Wan seeks a Family Office Manager to lead the Hong Kong subsidiary, directing internal operations, marketing and sales, and delivery of customized consulting solutions for high-end clients.

Take full responsibility for the overall management of the Group’s Hong Kong subsidiary, including internal team operations, marketing and sales, and the delivery of customized consulting solutions for high-end clients; establish a comprehensive corporate service operations system; focus on supporting mainland enterprises in expanding overseas; integrate industry resources; achieve annual business objectives; and, as the key executive in charge, be accountable for the company’s overall performance and compliance.
1. Overall Operations Management: Oversee the company’s day-to-day internal management, team building and management, process optimization, and cost control; establish a standardized corporate consulting service system to ensure the company’s efficient, compliant, and stable operations.
2. Marketing, Sales, and Business Development: Develop the Group’s marketing strategies and business development plans; acquire clients among local Hong Kong enterprises and Mainland companies expanding into Hong Kong; identify market needs; and meet annual sales and performance targets.
3. Client Consulting and Solution Delivery: Address the needs of Mainland and Hong Kong enterprises regarding cross-border operations, financial and tax compliance, and corporate governance; independently analyze issues; design professional, actionable, one-stop corporate consulting solutions; and oversee project implementation and client retention.
4. Compliance and Risk Management: Strictly oversee compliance throughout the entire business process; resolve daily operational compliance issues in accordance with Hong Kong company law and accounting standards; and mitigate financial, tax, and legal risks associated with cross-border corporate services.
5. Resource Integration and Channel Development: Expand and consolidate resources and client channels for Mainland enterprises expanding overseas; establish a stable client acquisition system; and expand our influence in the Mainland-Hong Kong cross-border corporate services market.
6. Cross-Border Business Coordination: Responsible for coordinating business operations and integrating resources between the Mainland and Hong Kong; reconciling operational differences between the two regions; optimizing cross-border service processes; and enhancing the client service experience and industry competitiveness.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in accounting or finance-related fields will be given priority.
2. At least 10 years of experience in financial consulting or management at a corporate consulting firm; familiarity with the business models, operational systems, and market dynamics of the corporate services industry; and proven team management and business operations capabilities.
3. Proficient in Hong Kong accounting standards and professional financial knowledge; skilled in handling financial accounting, tax filing, financial audits, and other related tasks for Hong Kong companies.
4. In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong company law and relevant business regulations; able to independently and professionally address various compliance needs of Hong Kong companies—including daily operations, corporate changes, and compliance reviews—with solid compliance and risk management capabilities.
5. Familiar with mainland China’s accounting standards and financial tax filing regulations; has a clear understanding of the financial and tax operational logic of mainland enterprises; capable of precisely addressing the financial and tax transformation and compliance implementation needs of mainland enterprises expanding into Hong Kong.
6. Possesses a deep understanding of the core differences in business models, management systems, and operational standards between mainland China and Hong Kong enterprises; capable of providing specialized and tailored consulting services to address pain points in cross-border operations.
7. Possess an extensive network of Mainland clients planning to or already operating in Hong Kong, along with established client acquisition channels; demonstrate the ability to independently develop high-value corporate clients. Candidates with access to Mainland-Hong Kong corporate service resources will be given priority.
8. Be willing to commute frequently between the Mainland and Hong Kong and undertake cross-border business trips; be able to adapt flexibly to the work rhythms of both locations and meet the demands of cross-border business operations.
9. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; candidates with basic business English communication skills will be given priority.
