Job summary

Pinpoint Asia is seeking a proactive Senior IT Site Support Specialist to act as the primary on-site technology resource for our Hong Kong office. You will deliver high-touch IT desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate AV and networking tasks for attorneys and staff.

You will work under the US Desktop Services Group, ensuring seamless IT experience while mentoring junior staff and contributing to special technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent IT experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 11 and M365.
• Experience supporting a law firm or legal environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site IT resource for the Hong Kong office.
• Provide high-touch desktop support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Set up and support AV equipment for meetings using Zoom/Teams/Cisco.
• Coordinate with vendors and global IT groups for complex problems.
• Manage IT onboarding, ticketing records and mentor junior staff.
