Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist for its Hong Kong office. You will support desktops, networks, and the broader IT environment, collaborating with local and international teams to deliver projects within APAC.

The role involves working with engineers on implementation, maintenance and support of all IT infrastructure. You will engage with Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS Office, with some exposure to SCCM and trading room

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supporting office technologies (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, etc).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, preferably in English.
• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; familiarity with SCCM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level IT infrastructure support to the Hong Kong office
• Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver projects
• Assist in implementation, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues as part of a trading firm environment
