Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited seeks an Officer / Senior Officer to drive business management initiatives in Hong Kong. The role focuses on automating processes, supporting new products, and improving operation controls while delivering MIS and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in science/engineering or data analytics with at least two years in tech/operations, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of treasury products. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent; Science, Engineering or Data Analyst related preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in technology, control and operations preferred.
• Sound knowledge of treasury and global markets products incl. Derivatives, FX/MM, Capital Markets and Securities.
• Sound knowledge of Middle Office, Operational Risk, Front Office and Settlement functions.
• Excellent analytical skills and logical sense required.
• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, SQL or VBA advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support business initiatives including new products, control and reporting.
• Drive automation and streamline operation workflow; improve operation control.
• Perform regular and adhoc reporting MIS and regulatory reports.
• Design and implement data analytics tools.
• Drive fintech and transformation initiatives in TWMO.
