Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a capable administrator to support overseas business strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate senior management communications.

The role requires a degree in finance, economics, or related fields, with 5 years in financial services and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will work within the CEO Office to ensure smooth administrative operations and effective cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing or Translation.
• CPA and/or CFA holder or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry, investor relations and/or public relations capacity.
• Intimate knowledge of the banking and financial industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation, implementation and monitoring of overseas business strategies and key management initiatives.
• Track and assess the performance of overseas branches against annual business plans, financial targets and Balanced Scorecard objectives.
• Coordinate business reviews, management reporting and performance analysis for overseas operations, and provide insights to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Head Office, overseas branches and relevant business units to support strategic alignment and execution.
• Organize and coordinate overseas business management meetings, strategic review sessions and other management forums as required.
• Provide general administrative support
• Provide new join / transfer / exit logistic arrangement
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting when required
• Organize and maintain filing system, including the filing and storage of confidential documents. (if accessible)
• Assist in the coordination of various departmental activities
• Perform other assignments as required
