The successful candidate will design, implement and monitor controls for new banking products, review processes, and lead projects with a customer-centric mindset to deliver value for the bank and customers.

Qualifications

Sound knowledge of banking practices, operations and procedures.
Experience in E2E process design and implementing controls for risk mitigation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good interpersonal communication.
Customer-centric mindset and awareness of AML/CTF controls.

Responsibilities

Maintain sound operations policies, procedures and systems aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
Address operational risks of new banking products and services with proper internal controls.
Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Oversee smooth implementation of new policies and product launches via branches.
Develop procedures to improve AML policy implementation and CNCBI guidelines compliance.
Identify weaknesses in operations controls and liaise with Compliance.
Act as project lead on assignments and support frontline with AML controls.
Show initiative to add value beyond routine tasks.
