Job summary

Blue Insurance Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, changes, and offboarding.

You will plan engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural events, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and prepare internal communications while supporting day-to-day workplace operations. Candidates with 3 years of HR experience in SME/startup environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience in SME or startup environments.
• Fluent English and Chinese in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer logistic
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee changes, and offboarding
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural events
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Prepare internal communication materials
• Support day-to-day workplace operations
• Supports the L&D system migration
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of HR experience. Candidates with diverse generalist exposure in dynamic, SME, or startup environments are highly welcomed
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to perform multiple tasks
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
