Job summary

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited is seeking a finance professional in Hong Kong to handle administrative expense reimbursements, review commissions, and assist in month-end closing. Responsibilities

• Review channel commissions and coordinate payments for business and admin expenses.
• Prepare journals in accounting systems and assist in month-end closing.
• Support budgeting processes as needed.
• Assist centralized procurement to ensure governance and compliance.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Examine administrative expense reimbursement submissions, verify the completeness and compliance of supporting documents;
• Review commission for channels and coordinate payment for business and administrative expenses
• Prepare journals in accounting systems and involve in month end closing.
• Support financial budgets when necessary
• Assist in centralized procurement in accordance with company procurement policies, ensuring all procurement activities meet governance and compliance requirements
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Independently, self-motivated, and good team player
• Initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Working experience in SAP is definitely an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
