Job summary

bolttech is seeking an Organisational Development Senior Analyst to enhance learning and development initiatives. You will coordinate projects related to performance management and talent management, while managing the Learning Management System and leveraging data for insights.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in organisational or learning development and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Additionally, experience with LMS systems is required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in organisational development, learning & development, HR, or related fields.
• Experience developing training materials and supporting learning programme delivery.
• Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Support OD offerings and projects with the OD team.
• Administer the Learning Management System, including data migration and course uploads.
• Manage learning data, reports, and dashboards to track programme effectiveness.
