As an Organisational Development Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the OD team providing support for coordination, design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives and OD offerings including performance management, talent management, DISC profiles and succession planning across bolttech. You will play a key role in managing our learning platform and enabling data‑driven insights to enhance learning effectiveness and support a range of projects to embed sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the OD team and the wider People team business partners to provide support for OD offerings and projects
- Assisting in the creation and continuous improvement of capability development content aligned to business priorities
- Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including data migration, course uploads, learner enrolment, learning pathways, and system governance
- Coordinating training programmes end‑to‑end, including scheduling, communications, and logistics
- Managing learning data, reports, and dashboards to track programme participation, completion, and effectiveness
- Producing insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement of capability development initiatives
- Ensuring materials are user‑friendly, engaging, and aligned to bolttech standards and branding
- Identifying opportunities to improve learning experience through technology, automation, and innovation
- Tracking project milestones and providing reporting

Qualifications
- 6‑8 years of experience in organisational development, learning & development, HR, or related fields
- Experience developing training materials and supporting learning programme delivery
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present insights
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project coordination skills
- Hands‑on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or equivalent system administration; Oracle experience beneficial
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, global or consulting environment is an advantage
- Exposure to digital and technology‑enabled learning solutions is desirable
