Job summary

bolttech is a fast-growing insurtech with a mission to build a tech-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. The OD Senior Analyst will support operations for OD programs, LMS administration, and coordination across the business, ensuring data accuracy and insights for program improvements.

You will manage learning platforms, calendar scheduling, and stakeholder communications, while contributing to performance, talent, and succession processes.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in HR, Organisational Development, Learning & Development operations, People operations, program coordination, project coordination, or related fields.
• Strong experience coordinating People, learning, talent, performance or organisational programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Hand-on experience administering an LMS, HR system, learning platform or equivalent business system; Oracle experience beneficial.
• Strong project coordination skills, including tracking milestones, managing actions, coordinating stakeholders and preparing status updates.
• Strong data management, reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and translate data into useful insights.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing clear email communications, guides, slides, reports, and program materials.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards, reporting tools or automation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational, administrative and project coordination support for OD programs, processes and initiatives, including learning, performance management, talent management, DISC profiles and succession planning.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, including course uploads, learner enrolment, learning pathways, data accuracy, reporting, system governance and process improvements.
• Coordinate learning and OD programs end-to-end, including scheduling, calendar management, participant identification, enrolment tracking, email communications, materials preparation, attendance tracking, logistics, and post-program follow-up.
• Support the delivery of annual and cyclical People/OD processes, including performance-related activities, communications, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain accurate program and process data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights on participation, completion, effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Track OD project plans, milestones, risks, actions, and status updates to support timely execution and visibility across the team.
• Liaise with People Business Partners, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure OD activities are well coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
• Support the preparation, maintenance and updating of learning and OD materials, communications and toolkits.
• Identify opportunities to improve OD administration, learner experience, reporting, automation and ways of working.
• Provide limited support for learning content updates and program delivery where required, with training facilitation expected to form a smaller portion of the role.
