Senior Network Engineer

Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex IP networks. You will provide on-site hardware and software troubleshooting, and second/third line support to customers.

You will execute project rollouts, installations, and ongoing support; prepare reports and documentation, and supervise a team to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant experiences with hands-on support and administration of Cisco/Juniper switches/routers.
• Knowledge of the Network Switching & Routing: OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, VPN, MPLS and QoS.
• Holder of CCNP and Juniper JNCIP related certificates preferred.
• Good communication skills, independent, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Occasional work in non-office hours for maintenance or onsite support.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Network Engineer.
