Responsibilities
- Perform system support, troubleshooting and maintenance support
- Remote support the daily operation on all networks products
- Handle network-related projects that support the operations of the enterprise
- Handle the deployment to support the business operation
- Handle the BAU request and problem case report by business user
- Handle the monitoring job on network healthiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor-degree holder in related discipline
- 4+ years solid experience in network support and troubleshooting with Cisco router and switch, access point, LAN/WAN or firewall
- Experience in project implementation of network systems by using Cisco products
- Experience in TCP/IP networking
- Hands-on network project handling experience
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
