Responsibilities

• Implement network infrastructure installations and configurations
• Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services
• Deliver technical documentation of infrastructure, control procedures, operation and review data network proposals
• Manage the project delivery, product support and escalated issue management
• Setup and manage the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network devices, firewalls, and servers
• Perform first-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subject
• At least 1 year’s experience in Network management such as: switches, routers and load balancers.
• At least 1 year’s experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies.
• Ability to perform advanced problem determination / resolution
• Good Command in written and communicate in English and Chinese
