Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst in Hong Kong to join the Iprospect brand. You will develop expertise across SEM, SEO, Display, Social, and Affiliates, training with certifications to stay ahead of industry trends.

You will manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across channels. The role requires a degree in any field with marketing/Media preferred, fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in any discipline; Marketing/Media background is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Detail oriented, organized, and numbers-driven.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates through training and certifications.
• Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data and campaign metrics to gain insights and identify improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign optimization.
• Assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations for optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent tracking and reporting across channels.
