Job summary

Hong Kong Education City Limited is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead digital campaigns and event promotions in Hong Kong. You will manage day-to-day activities, craft content, and oversee platform updates across social media and digital channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with paid social, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics, plus a proactive, independent mindset to drive initiatives forward. A strong track record in large-scale events is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing with proven track record in digital marketing and social media.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including paid social, email marketing, SEO/SEM and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies across all social media and digital channels.
• Propose and deploy innovative digital marketing campaigns from ideation to launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance with metrics to drive data-based optimization strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional strategies for mega events, ensuring consistent brand identity across touchpoints.
• Coordinate project management for assigned events, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with external partners, exhibitors, and sponsors to enhance event value.
• Research education technology trends to identify new digital opportunities for event growth.
• Perform other duties and support corporate projects as assigned.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies, including day-to-day management, content creation, and platform updates across all social media and digital channels;
• Propose and deploy innovative digital marketing campaigns, from creative ideation and audience segmentation to launch, monitoring, and optimization;
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, tracking social media metrics, web traffic, and ROI to deliver data-driven optimization strategies;
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional strategies for mega events, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints;
• Coordinate project management for assigned events, handling budgets, timelines, deliverables, and on-site operations;
• Collaborate with external partners, exhibitors, and sponsors to develop event programming and integrate their activations to enhance event value;
• Research education technology trends to identify new digital opportunities for event growth and innovation;
• Perform other duties and support corporate projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Management, or related disciplines;
• At least 5years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong, proven track record in executing comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies;
• Deep hands-on experience managing digital marketing tools, paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing systems, SEO/SEM, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics);
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to independently drive digital initiatives forward under minimal supervision;
• Experience in planning and executing large-scale events or mega promotional campaigns;
• Excellent project management and agile problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple digital and physical campaign deadlines simultaneously;
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in the education technology sector is preferred;
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer.
